You will be paid on the 16th for revenue generated the 1st to the 15th of the current month, and on the 1st for revenue generated the 15th to the last day of the previous month. The minimum you will have to earn will be $50 ($1000 for wire transfer) to get paid. For security reasons it's not allowed to change your payment info on the day of payment and the day before it.
